Marketplace is the purchasing channel, not a deployment restriction. DiaCroma remains multi-cloud and can be placed close to governed routes in customer-controlled infrastructure. Deployment and support terms are confirmed separately from usage pricing.
What a plan buys
Governing runs at your boundary, in your network — your traffic never reaches us, so we never meter it. What a plan buys is the number of governed agents: agents whose policy you have approved and signed, and which the boundary is enforcing right now.
An agent takes a seat the moment you approve its policy — not when you scan it, not when you find it. Reading an agent, re-reading it, and looking at what it would be allowed to do are all free, as many times as you like.
Retire the agent and its seat is free again the same instant. An agent that changes is still one agent: re-approving something you already govern never takes a second seat. The count is derived from what is actually signed, never from a meter that only goes up.
An agent has to declare its tools to be governable. The scan names any agent that does not, with its one-line fix — never billed, never governed blind. And you choose which agents to govern: only the ones you approve count.
No charge per governed call, ever. When a plan is full, the agent you were about to approve waits and everything already governed keeps working — the console names the next plan up and how many seats are in use. The same numbers are published with the offer in Microsoft Marketplace: one price list, not two.
