From about 1% of what your agents already cost to run. Governance should be a rounding error next to the thing it protects — and it should never make you choose which agents to govern.

Get the Marketplace offer →Marketplace is the purchasing channel, not a deployment restriction. DiaCroma remains multi-cloud and can be placed close to governed routes in customer-controlled infrastructure. Deployment and support terms are confirmed separately from usage pricing. Use your Microsoft commercial agreement for paid usage, or ask us for a private offer with negotiated enterprise terms.
What a plan buys
Governing runs at your boundary, in your network — your traffic never reaches us, so we never meter it. What a plan buys is a monthly ceiling of AI agent scans: one for each agent you bring in, one when an agent changes, and one when we improve the reader. Re-reading an unchanged agent with the same software costs nothing.
One deep read of one agent. DiaCroma reads that agent’s own instructions, proposes the checkable limits, and you sign what you saw. It is the only step that spends model time — governing the calls afterwards spends none.
Three occasions, and no others: a new agent, an agent whose mission or tools changed, and the monthly re-check when we ship a better reader. Ask for the same agent twice with nothing changed and you get the report we already derived — no models run, nothing counted.
An agent has to declare its tools to be governable. The scan names any agent that does not, with its one-line fix — never billed, never governed blind. And you choose which agents to govern: only governed agents count.
No charge per governed call, ever. A scan is one agent read and signed, so a month’s ceiling is also the most agents you can bring under governance that month. The ceiling each plan includes is published with its price in Microsoft Marketplace — one price list, not two.
